We are looking for a great Head of Customer Support to work with us in our Warsaw office.
As a front line employee you will have daily contact with our clients through email, phone and social media. Your role will be to make sure that Codility users get the best value from our tool. We aim to delight our customers, answer all sales and technical questions timely, concisely and have fun in the process. Ideally, you are a self-starter, take responsibility and get things done. You will make data-driven decisions on process improvements. You will decide when and how to scale the support team and manage this growth.
