who as a member of Customer Service Complaint team will be responsible for receiving, registering and following customer’s service complaints in line with a standardized, high performing servicing process, building a strong relationship with internal complaint management stakeholders. In addition to above you will be responsible for the management of Customer Service objects in a timely and accurate manner with clear accountability for data integrity.
Our expectations towards candidates:
Very good command of Italian, Spanish, German or Dutch language required,
Fluent knowledge of English language,
Experience in a Customer Facing environment is a plus,
Degree level required,
Strong customer focus,
Excellent communication skills,
Familiarity with MS Excel (SAP is a plus),
Willingness to work in detail oriented way and to seek for improvements.
Contract of employment for definite period of time (after 3-month of the probation period),
